Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in Microsoft technologies with leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate will drive the development of high-quality software solutions while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions using .NET Core, WebAPI, SQL Server, and related technologies.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, focusing on performance and scalability.
  • Oversee user stories and team development tasks, including code reviews.
  • Collaborate with developers using JavaScript and jQuery to enhance user experience.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices in coding and architecture, including the use of LINQ.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education : B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech - Computers, MCA 
  • Experience: 10+ years

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET Core, WebAPI, SQL Server).
  • Proven experience leading and managing a development team.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and jQuery, with familiarity in modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience with NuGet package creation and management.
  • Strong understanding of LINQ and its applications in data querying.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong Analytical skills and understanding of user perspective required.
  • Good to have: Exposure to AI, machine Learning.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
