Job description

This is a remote position.

A global business services consulting firm is seeking a creative, self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. This part-time, remote role (4-6 hours per day) offers an opportunity to bring your skills in PowerPoint, Canva, and other creative tools to support their brand’s initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent copywriting skills and experience managing professional social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. We’re looking for someone comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a global, matrixed team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Generate and oversee engaging content across various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and website updates. Develop and refine document templates for internal use.
  • Graphic Design: Work in tandem with the design team to produce compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Campaign Management: Aid in the orchestration and implementation of marketing campaigns, spanning email marketing, social media advertising, and event promotions.
  • Market Research: Perform market research to pinpoint trends, conduct competitive analysis, and uncover new business prospects.
  • Lead Generation: Support the creation and execution of lead generation strategies, monitor campaign efficacy, and compile reports on essential metrics.
  • Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing event logistics.
  • CRM Management: Contribute to the upkeep of the CRM system, guaranteeing data precision and aiding in the segmentation of target demographics.



Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or similar qualification
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and other creative software
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team
  • Self-driven with a track record of initiative and ownership
