You're a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment. You're passionate about tapping into new markets and stirring up interest with new prospective clients. You’re a team player who loves mentoring and leading by example - you’ve had some formal experience supporting other SDRs and you’re excited about management.
As our SDR Manager, you will act as a coach to help train and lead members of the SDR team, taking responsibility for the sum of their individual quotas. You will work with other sales leaders to create best practices and strategic initiatives to drive outbound lead generation and inbound conversions.

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office.

The opportunity
  • Train and mentor SDRs on existing outreach tactics, time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, upselling and active listening skills

  • Take responsibility for your team’s quota and attainment against this quota

  • Partner with management to create reporting and performance visibility to be shared collaboratively with other Sales Leaders

  • Pioneer new strategies and help guide the SDR team in their day to day to implement said strategy

  • Provide candid feedback to management about what is happening on the ground so that we can quickly identify blockers and help the team move forward

  • Work collaboratively with the Global Sales team to ensure that best practices and learnings are applied globally

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development role with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals, and at least 1-2 years in a B2B Sales or Sales Development

  • Experience growing and scaling a successful Sales Development team, and proven track record establishing, achieving or exceeding measurable goals

  • Desire to lead and mentor, and the ability to use interpersonal and active listening skills in order to build relationships

  • Experience successfully working cross-functionally across multiple departments within a company (i.e. Marketing, Operations, etc)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Positive, enthusiastic team player

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.

In addition to the benefits set forth above, the compensation package for this role also includes an annual commission target of [$40,000 - $45,000] based on the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
