What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the main point of contact - establish and maintain strong relationships with key client POCs, through day-to-day communication and demonstrating a thorough understanding of their business/goals, seeking to build personal rapport to increase stickiness
  • Serve as a seasoned tactical lead to ensure strategies are being successfully carried through across channels & campaigns and support short & long term growth for clients
  • Ability to think big picture, leading teams to create & execute strategy for clients that will help solve client challenges & needs, demonstrating an understanding of cross channel impact and measurement
  • Manage all cross-division processes as it relates to internal/external communication, integrated planning, integrated deliverables & knowledge sharing.
  • With support of Director, assist clients in establishing budgets and forecasts per channel, as well as use data provided to ensure that budget is being used in the most efficient matter.
  • Leverage reporting, insights and storytelling (the "whys" and "so what's") to provide strategic solutions in order to meet client business goals & objectives
  • Utilize analytics & data such as Google Analytics to discover opportunities, find trends and strategies and well as assist with reporting needs.
  • Monitor and provide insight into daily campaign performance. Ability to flag trends and actively work with team on recommended optimizations and shifts 
  • Ensure & facilitate cross channel communication both internally & externally
  • Proactively provide POVs to clients on industry trends and opportunities. Have a pulse on culture and media

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.)
  • Strong experience working with and utilizing Google Analytics
  • Experience managing multi-channel relationships
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and peers
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically around presentations
  • Effective time management and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

The hiring salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
