JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Retail Execution Analyst will be responsible for managing all retail execution activities within the Walmart team. This individual will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure their retail and sales objectives are met. The role will be responsible for measuring and tracking Walmart results with the retailer and the third-party labor company. This is a high visibility role that is retailer facing. This role will work cross functionally across internal and external teams. The role will be an integral part of the marketing execution process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the relationship with third-party labor company, including contracts and POs

  • Set up and manage all merchandising visits

    • Including continuity visits

    • Resets and inventory

    • Projects

  • Manages, with urgency, the remediation of all visit activity to ensure sales goals are met

  • Aligns activities with Sales, Retailer and Category Manager

  • Manages the execution of marketing materials including assisting with ideation and instructions

  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and work with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

  • Manages visit data and merchandising, in-stock and sales analysis of all visits

    • Reviews weekly interim visit data for trends and to triage any early issues

    • Rolls up final data for Walmart Team

    • Utilize sales data and performance metrics to make informed recommendations for improvement.

  • Audits data for accuracy and remediation with the third-party labor company and retailers

  • Budget management

  • Maintains traiting for displays

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 4 years of retail execution, marketing, or account management experience

  • Retail experience

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for retail trends

  • Works independently

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Adept at building relationships and working alongside project teams

  • Experience using MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

    • Excellent excel skills with experience using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas

    • Must be able to manage substantial amounts of data, analyze results and make recommendations

    • Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint

PAY RANGE

The targeted base salary for this position is $61,700 to $94,200 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
