What you'll be doing:
Maintain excellent levels of communication with both the customer and suppliers throughout the customer journey.
Develop, maintain and improve relations with customers to ensure that the Company's image, reputation and achievements are represented to maximum effect and ensure contractual KPI’s are achieved.
Work with colleagues to produce invoices, reports and ad-hoc data.
To identify process improvements to deliver sustainable waste and commercial solutions for our customers.
Record customer interactions on our Customer Relationship Management system.
Manage customer and internal complaints in a timely manner.
Support the finance team with month end reporting to ensure accuracy.
Raising of orders for suppliers and dealing with post-collection queries, including invoice queries, non-conformances, certificates of disposal.
What we're looking for:
Computer Literate
Experience in a clerical administrative role that included customer contact
Self motivated
Flexible approach to problem solving
Commitment and drive to improve customer service
Good numeracy skills
