Labcorp is recruiting an IT Support Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a remote opportunity that will be linked to our Burlington, NC office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of IT systems.
- Assist in supporting client computing devices, servers, and printers.
- Help with the installation and configuration of wireless networking equipment.
- Work with specialized application software programs to analyze, report, convert, or transfer data.
- Assist in inventory management, evaluate new and existing IT products, and serve as a liaison between IT, Operations, vendors, and end-users.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic IT support functions and a desire to learn more about client devices, servers, and network equipment.
- A+ certification or similar IT certifications are a plus but not required.
Pay Range: $22-$25 hourly
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
