About the Role

With the ambition to reach one billion learners, our Conversion Rate Optimisation function serves to better match the expectations of our users with the experience they’re met with. Through testing, benchmarking and innovation you’ll optimise our platform's performance and improve the overall UX. You’ll support the growth goals of the business by leveraging your expertise to drive CRO initiatives cross-functionally.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of CRO strategies aimed at increasing CVR and Revenue Per User across both our website and apps
  • Work with data teams to evaluate current user journeys, identify areas for improvement and help create reports on progress
  • Together with designers, create higher converting pages and flows, with a focus on web and app
  • Collaborate and direct engineering teams to execute initiatives, and effectively prioritise to maximise output 
  • Be a strong partner to the performance marketing team in facilitating their growth, understanding and removing key conversion barriers across the marketing funnel
  • Be the most knowledgeable person in the company when it comes to our competitor's flows, and conversion best practice
  • Regularly report on CRO progress plus results, create and own roadmaps/quarterly plans
What You Need to Have  
  • 4+ years of experience in growth-related disciplines with a proven track record of delivering outcomes (hands-on, rolling up your sleeves)
  • Experience as a product manager or in a CRO/Growth role
  • Deep knowledge of, or experience in, digital marketing
  • A belief in “strong opinions weakly held”, and comfortable debating ideas with stakeholders (we aim to be low ego seeking the best result)
  • Ability to identify strong opportunities and consider hypotheses. Experienced in identifying the actions and initiatives that will make a real impact, even if that means ambiguity and calculated risks.
  • Experience with testing tools such as PostHog is a nice to have
  • Fantastic communication skills and fluent in English
