Job description

Do you thrive at the intersection of creativity, data, and revenue generation? Are you a strategic thinker with the hands-on execution skills to turn ideas into measurable results? If you’re part product manager, part growth hacker, and all about driving outcomes, we want to hear from you.

About RXMG

At RXMG, we focus on optimizing marketing engagement while building a thriving business and culture. As a fully remote company with staff across the U.S., we leverage cutting-edge technology and data-driven strategies to tackle complex problems at scale. Our mission is to deliver the right message to the right consumer at the right time, tailored to their needs and past interactions across channels. We’re proud of our exceptional team, who work together to solve challenges, create measurable impact, and enjoy the benefits of a collaborative, balanced work environment.

THE ROLE

As the Product Manager for our financial services website, you’ll report directly to our Senior Director for Solvent.com and take ownership of driving lead generation and site monetization. This isn’t just about managing a roadmap—it’s a highly hands-on role where you’ll use tools and strategies to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and act quickly to capitalize on them. Working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you’ll focus on maximizing revenue, enhancing user experiences, and delivering high-quality leads to our buyers.

You’ll help define and execute a product strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on optimizing user flows, increasing conversion rates, and uncovering new ways to monetize the website. You’ll be hands-on with tools to prototype, test, and iterate ideas yourself, leveraging data to inform your decisions and solve complex problems.

Collaboration is key, as you’ll partner with marketing teams to refine direct response campaigns across email, SMS, and paid media. You’ll also work closely with buyers to ensure lead quality meets expectations while managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution. With a keen eye for trends and market dynamics, you’ll continuously innovate and differentiate Solvent.com in a competitive landscape.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, resourceful, and thrives on turning ideas into action. You’re a builder who loves using creativity and data to achieve meaningful results. You can balance strategy and execution, and you thrive in environments that reward initiative and problem-solving. Salary range begins at $100k and may vary based on experience.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 3+ years in product management or a similar role, preferably in lead generation or direct response marketing.
  • Proven success in driving revenue and delivering results.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools, including internal CMS systems to build lead flows and leveraging external platforms to optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with email, SMS, and paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suites; familiarity with Tableau, Google Analytics, and Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Bonus: Ability to read and interpret APIs or technical documentation.
