Job description

At PINTU, We are building the #1 crypto investment platform to focus on new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies in one click away.

We’re looking for a Sr. Community Event Specialist to join our Community team, to organize and execute both online & offline events for Pintu’s community.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

Oversee the strategic planning and execution of both online & offline events for Pintu’s community and in collaboration with Pintu’s partners
Work together with 3rd party partners and vendors to execute events.
Run fun and engaging activations to acquire users during the events
Make efficient and resourceful budgeting for events
Train and lead a team of Sales Promotion Freelancers for activations.
Willing travel around Indonesia's cities.

Who We Are Looking For

At least 3-4 years of work experience in running events and activations.
Experienced in managing teams.
Passionate about crypto and web3 technologies.
Able to work flexible hours depending on the event's needs
Able to creatively think of and run engaging activities for community members.
Positive vibes, able to think on their feet and make decisions on the go as situations arise
Knowledgeable about blockchain and cryptocurrency is preferable.
Networking with various third parties for partnership purposes is good to have.
