Location: remote work from Poland
Your daily tasks:

Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);

Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;

Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
What do we expect from you?
๐ Language: Proficiency in Czech (C2/native);
๐ผ Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project;
๐ป Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
๐ Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
