Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Senior Sales Manager to join their team.


Position: Senior Sales Manager 

Location: Remote/ EU

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and execute sales strategies 
  • Identify and acquire high-risk clients within the gaming industry, while managing long-term relationships
  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within high-risk verticals
  • Represent the organization at global events with a focus on networking, business development, and enhancing brand visibility
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to high-risk clients.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/Fluency in English, both written and oral
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development, particularly within high-risk industries such as betting, gambling, gaming, or the crypto sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-risk client relationships 
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the challenges and solutions related to payment processing in high-risk sectors
  • Familiarity with crypto payment solutions and blockchain technology is highly advantageous
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships and develop a network within high-risk industries
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and conferences on a global scale.
