We’re looking for a Medior Online Marketing Manager to jump into a two-year maternity cover.  In this role, you’ll get to work alongside our Head of Marketing, helping out with everything from building customer relationships to crafting content that shines. You’ll be at the heart of our BizDev efforts, updating our website, coordinating events, supporting sales, and generally keeping things awesome.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and optimize our website (built on Webflow) to stay on top of SEO trends and implement the latest hacks.
  • Track and report on all things marketing, giving us insights to keep pushing forward.
  • Jump in to support different departments as part of our in-house “agency” model.
  • Plan and launch digital marketing campaigns across channels like email, social, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.
  • Organize and coordinate online and offline events – webinars, trade shows, workshops – you name it!
  • Support sales and BizDev with marketing materials like presentations, case studies, and event swag, plus reach out to prospects and customers.
  • Keep tabs on digital campaigns and events to make sure we’re spending smart.
  • Work with outside vendors and partners to make our marketing ideas come to life.
  • Team up with the Head of Marketing on exciting initiatives that keep Aliz front and center.
  • Help create content for our blog and other channels to keep the buzz going.
  • Keep Sales CRM and marketing automation platforms running smoothly.
  • Handle the scheduling, sending, and performance tracking of NPS surveys, ensuring timely delivery and actionable insights.
  • Stay on top of competitive market research – knowledge is power!

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or something related.
  • 3–5 years in digital marketing, event management, and supporting sales/BizDev teams.
  • Pro skills in digital marketing tools like marketing automation, email platforms, CMS (Webflow preferred), Google Ads, GA4, social platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills – especially for managing events from start to finish.
  • Able to juggle tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills 
  • A sharp eye for detail.
