This is a remote opportunity with preference for candidate located in East Coast Region

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across our hospitality group. This role will involve developing and executing digital and event marketing strategies, crafting brand narratives, engaging audiences, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing and event promotion, with proven skills in content development, campaign management, and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including email, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising of targeted content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with key audiences.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote flagship events ensuring a high level of attendee engagement and participation.
  • Coordinate promotional strategies across channels, including website updates, social media, email campaigns, partnerships, and press releases.
  • Work closely with the event team on onsite materials and event branding to create a seamless attendee experience from registration through event execution.
  • Execute across multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion, managing timelines and KPI tracking.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI, adapt tactics, and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, sales, performance marketing team, and design team to support integrated marketing initiatives and align messaging across the Questex Hospitality Group.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all digital and event touchpoints.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand growth and audience engagement through industry research and innovation.
  • Traveling and attending events and/or meetings required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years B2B events/media marketing experience. Event experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and event-based initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM, CMS, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to think creatively, analyze data, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

  • Strong knowledge of the entre Microsoft Office Suite

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $54k to $81k and a revenue incentive plan (RIP). Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, geographic and organizational factors are also considered.
