We are currently in search of experienced Legal/Judicial transcriptionists who possess extensive expertise in transcribing depositions and hearings. This position offers a fully remote working environment for Independent Contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and various judicial proceedings.
• Process audio recordings with a keen attention to detail, ensuring adherence to specific style guides for verbatim transcripts.
• Collaborate with our in-office team when needed while independently managing your workload.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
• Exceptional listening abilities and adherence to strict deadlines.
• Strong command of grammar, spelling, and overall literacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and collaborate with team members.
• High typing proficiency in both speed and accuracy.
• Comfort with handling sensitive audio/text content (may be offensive).

• Significant experience in legal transcription is required.
• A background in court reporting or related fields will be considered.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
