Job description

Overview:

Business Network Consulting (BNC) has an immediate need for a part-time, hourly Corporate Recruiter to join our team. This position is primarily a work-from-home role and is responsible for specific hires in both our Denver and Dallas locations.

 

This is an ideal position for an experienced former top performing contract or agency recruiter who is seeking a more flexible, stable environment where they can flex the number of hours they work in any particular month.

 

Our leadership in the IT consulting industry is predicated on employing the best talent in the market.  As a result, our Corporate Recruiter can dedicate the time necessary to develop quality prospects and a funnel of potential candidates that can be called upon as our growth requires.  While urgency is often at play, our commitment to employing only the best means won’t sacrifice quality just to fill a position.

 

At BNC we support the entire IT infrastructure for mid-size companies. Our staff of seasoned systems engineers are responsible for designing, deploying, and then supporting the IT environments of our customers. They also serve as high-level consultants, providing strategic direction and guidance for our clients. So, you will not just be recruiting IT professionals, you will be recruiting high-end IT consultants. There is a difference!

Responsibilities:

As our Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing a proactive recruitment strategy for both our Denver and Dallas offices. Most of your time will be spent recruiting for our Systems Engineer/Consultant role, although you will also be responsible for recruiting for any open sales or office support staff positions.

 

You will have the full support of BNC's hiring managers to accurately define each open position and the necessary hard and soft skills required to be successful within the organization. You will be responsible for managing our job ads, maintaining key recruiting social media accounts as well as proactively searching for potential candidates. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to accurately reflect candidate and statuses. You will screen all initial candidates through the ATS and then schedule and participate in our rigorous and effective interview process.

 

You will use your significant recruiting experience to fully utilize a variety of sourcing channels and techniques to meet the staffing requirements of the business.

Qualifications:

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE 

Previous experience recruiting for challenging-to-place positions is required. This is NOT an entry level position.

  • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
  • Minimum 4 years of general recruiting experience
  • Minimum 3 years recruiting challenging-to-place candidates (doctors, executive recruiting, niche technical roles, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience employing creative sourcing methods via networking, organizations, internet sourcing, referrals, social media and direct recruiting
  • Passion for sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates
  • Comfortable developing relationships with candidates over the phone/Teams video and explaining why we are a great company to stay with for their entire career
  • Good understanding of technology used in today's business world
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidates
  • Effective strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to excel in a team environment and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional oral/written/persuasive communication and negotiation skills

“Nice to Haves”

  • LinkedIn or AIRS certification highly desired but proven experience with LinkedIn recruiter acceptable
  • iCIMS (ATS) experience a plus

COMPENSATION
As BNC’s Corporate Recruiter, you will be paid an hourly rate with a minimum number of hours guaranteed each week (10-20 hours is the initial target range) but ability to flex from there is desired.

 

LOCATION

This position can be based in either the Denver or Dallas/Fort Worth area, but is entirely work-from-home on a day-to-day basis, with some minimal travel to the local office to visit with the team.
