Drive the success of Recruitment within the Dutch Eviden organization. The role is a key integrator amongst various teams including the Global Shared Services Recruitment organization and key stakeholders across the business in The Netherlands.


Responsibilities


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and liaison between business leaders, HR and the Global Recruitment team, understanding organizational initiatives and future needs.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end Recruitment and Campus Recruitment activities across The Netherlands, through effective project management of the Recruitment process and relationship management with stakeholders.
  • Drive initiatives to implement effective Demand Management in the organization.
  • Understanding and translating the external market position for hiring candidates – to attract and increase the number of direct hires.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruitment teams, Global Recruitment managers, and talent acquisition colleagues to ensure exceptional candidate experiences, including setting and meeting CSAT scores.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle Recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, negotiating offers, and offer management, aligning with country specific KPIs.
  • Develop Recruitment strategies with Hiring managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sourcing needs.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Workforce Management and International Mobility to support internal and local hiring processes.
  • Coordinate with the local HR team to ensure effectiveness in offer/contract generation.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding to develop strategies promoting internal and external hiring, as well as driving initiatives related to Internal First, Employee referral, D&I, and other relevant strategic areas.
  • Oversee all FTE hiring, including subcontractor conversions, intern conversions, external hiring, and internal hiring, while meeting relevant KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies


Required Skills And Experience

  • Your ability to collaborate across functions and engage stakeholders of all levels in a highly matrixed international organization is evident.
  • Experienced in working with Global teams and colleagues from different geographies.
  • Adapting seamlessly to dynamic work environments comes naturally to you.
  • As a skilled problem solver, you excel in considering various perspectives and prioritizing tasks.
  • Your communication style balances diplomacy with assertiveness, guiding stakeholders effectively.
  • High level of Recruitment experience and successfully managing Recruitment processes is essential.
  • Crafting compelling presentations using MS Office tools like PowerPoint and MS Teams is within your comfort zone.
  • Fluency in English, and Dutch both written and spoken is a mandatory requirement.
