Job description

Scede is currently working with a global SaaS start-up in the sustainability space that is looking for a Senior Talent Partners to come and join them. This is an excellent opportunity for recruiters who enjoy making an impact on a strategic level and likes having ownership. Our client is a Series B startup that is backed by Goldman Sachs, is already profitable, and has exciting plans to grow the business 10fold.

We are looking for recruiters who have internal experience, can make decisions led by data, and has experience hiring for Tech, Sales, or Commercial positions. You will be playing a key role in actively shaping the success and culture for our client whilst attracting outstanding talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable recruitment strategies that support growth with a focus on efficiency, diversity, and sustainability
  • Lead the expansion of the talent acquisition team and establish a culture of excellence, flexibility, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with our leadership and People & Talent teams to clarify talent needs and develop the right strategies together
  • Improve candidate engagement by putting the candidate experience at the center of all recruiting processes
  • Take responsibility for all recruiting databases, manage them with the utmost care; use data analysis to make strategic decisions and improve results
  • Use technology to increase our recruiting efficiency and quality and ensure we use the latest tools
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting trends and integrate new methods to best develop our team
  • Drive employer branding initiatives that reflect our vision and attract the right talent for us

  • Experienced Required
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, including roles leading recruiting functions in fast-growing, growth-focused environments
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align recruiting strategies with business objectives, foster a culture of growth and innovation
  • Tech-savvy, with a strong interest and affinity for new technologies to develop our recruitment processes
  • Proven expertise in global talent acquisition in competitive markets
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in scaling talent acquisition processes and teams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build solid internal and external relationships
  • Intensive experience in dealing with data and analyses
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English to master complex discussions and documentation
