Job description

As the Product Marketing Manager for 3Commas for Institutions, you’ll collaborate across teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for 3Commas’ institutional product suite for crypto asset managers, hedge funds, family offices and other institutional clients. This role demands expertise in institutional trading or portfolio management, product marketing in this industry, and a track record in new product launches. You’ll play a significant role in shaping our message, establishing value propositions, and delivering high-impact initiatives to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research specific to institutional crypto and tradfi clients to define product-market fit, develop value propositions, and identify key selling points.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans, including campaign planning, value messaging, and competitive positioning to drive product adoption.
  • Lead creation of marketing materials (decks, articles, videos) for online and offline events, focusing on key product features like multi-account trading and bulk operations for institutional clients.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, both online and offline, to boost product visibility and engagement among asset managers.
  • Deliver high-impact lead-generation initiatives to help drive product adoption for 3Commas for Asset Managers
  • Partner with product, development, and business development teams to ensure product messaging aligns with institutional client needs and cross-functional goals.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to continually refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with trading or portfolio management solutions tailored for institutional clients in either tradfi or crypto sectors.
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a strong record in launching new products, market research, and GTM planning.
  • Own trading experience (crypto or tradfi) preferred, bringing practical understanding of trading needs.
  • Excellent content development skills across various media, including long-form, video, and presentation formats.
  • Start- or scale-up experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
