This is a 6 + months internship, as a Ops Manager, carried out remotely. Starting January 2025.

YOUR MISSION 🚀

Reporting directly to the PXS School Operation Manager, our range of coaching products designed to help people live their true ambitions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge coaching solutions tailored to the diverse needs of our clients.

Within your current portfolio, you oversee:

  1. PXS School : You will be responsible for managing our mentoring programme as well as coordinating the delivery of guided coaching sessions for our students.

  2. PXS Alumni: You will have the great challenge of delivering our new product PXS Alumni, an exclusive community designed to connect & empower graduates of our coaching program.

In addition, your role may extend to participation in additional projects, where your adept organizational skills will prove instrumental in aiding the Director and other team members to launch or drive forward other initiatives.

YOUR 3 MAIN MISSIONS :

PXS MENTORING AND GUIDED TRIADS PROGRAMME :
  • Recruit mentors and guided triads facilitators, organize monthly training sessions, and provide them with continuous support

  • Develop resources such as guides, toolkits, & other materials to support

  • Continuously improve our processes to pair mentors with mentees

PRODUCT DELIVERY & DEVELOPMENT
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all PXS alumni events, ensuring a diverse range of topics and speakers and ensuring smooth operation and high-quality delivery

  • Facilitate Monthly networking events

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize planning and execution processes.

  • Regularly distribute surveys to gather feedback from alumni.

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
  • Regularly post relevant and interactive content, regularly updating members with essential announcements and news

  • Make sure new members are welcomed and continuously improve the onboarding process

  • Maintain and share a comprehensive calendar of upcoming events

  • Promptly respond to member queries and feedback.

  • Engage with members through discussions, comments, and interactive posts.
