Job Description:

We are seeking a tech-savvy professional to lead digital operations at a P&G manufacturing site. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of critical digital applications and infrastructure, while maintaining compliance, security, and resilience. You will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvements, develop expertise in IT, manufacturing and supply chain operations, and accelerate the site's digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive operational excellence at the site by collaborating with a multi-functional team to identify and resolve system or infrastructure issues in a timely manner (approximately 25% capacity).

2. Ensure strong digital stewardship and maintain IT controls for audit readiness on a daily basis (approximately 50% capacity).

3. Lead and deliver new value for the site through innovative digital solutions (approximately 25% capacity).

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Undergraduate qualifications or relevant professional experience in respective technical area.
  • IT operations: Proven experience in IT operations or a related role. Incident management/Change management/Problem management.
  • IT Systems: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Integrated Risk Management: Understanding of IT compliance, governance and risk management.
  • Project Management: Ability to successfully deliver small to medium projects with excellent collaboration and discipline.
  • Collaboration/stakeholder management: Ability to work effectively with a multifunctional team at the site, and broader teams across., to deliver operational excellence for the site.
  • Leadership: Self-starter. Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, learn continuously, and apply expertise to deliver business value.

Preferred

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure (Network, Voice, PC, Servers etc.) and experience in managing IT operations in a live environment.
  • Experience in leading and managing projects.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and business continuity.
  • Certified in CISA, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, PMP.
  • Programming knowledge and experience desired, i.e., Python, SQL, C/C++, C#, etc.
