We're looking for a new member of the growing sales team (currently around 20 people) who is passionate about sales, tech-savvy and understands the Scientific markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete online demos as scheduled by the SDR team (they'll do the prospecting for you)
  • Close sales and hit/exceed quota
  • Engage with sales and marketing decision makers to demonstrate how SciLeads can drive revenue for their business
  • Command, report and forecast sales activity
  • Attend Scientific Tradeshows (though only if travel is your thing)
  • Mentor new SDRs as part of their journey to Business Development Executive

Essential Skills:

  • 2+ years' experience working as a Business Development Manager
  • Experience working in a fast paced sales environment
  • High level of drive and a competitive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience using the SciLeads platform
  • Experience in the scientific industry
  • SaaS sales
