We are currently seeking a dedicated Bilingual Portuguese-English Customer Support Agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, to deliver exceptional service through our email and live-chat platforms. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others and can maintain composure in high-pressure situations. In addition, you will have the opportunity to translate our product into Portuguese, utilizing user-friendly tools that facilitate the translation process and allow you to contribute to the moderation of translations from fellow team members.
