Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2300 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and skilled IT Project Manager to plan, organize, and implement technical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in coordinating with various departments to support and resolve technology-related issues, ensuring seamless operational flow. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical knowledge in both hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support by identifying, investigating, and resolving issues with computer software and hardware, specific to the organizations networks and systems.
  • Apply knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, systems, and network administrators to identify solutions and recommend system modifications as needed.
  • Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for repairs or replacement of defective products.
  • Facilitate installation and maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and software, ensuring effective support for end-users.
  • Oversee technical support and helpdesk functions to ensure high-quality, timely assistance.
  • Stay informed about trends in IT, including hardware and software updates, and communicate the impact of these changes to senior staff.
  • Manage IT projects from inception to completion, adhering to budgets, schedules, and scope.
  • Monitor project milestones, track issues, and provide project status updates and reports as required.


Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing technical support and systems maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other project management software.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, CAD.
  • Knowledge of architecture software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, capable of explaining technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP or Project Management Certification.
  • Experience in high-volume technical support environments and the ability to handle multiple technology platforms.
