The role
This role plays a key part in the Product Management Team, responsible for supporting the ongoing management of HUB24's Private Label arrangements and overseeing product governance across the HUB24 Group.
Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of HUB24 Private Label platform relationships.Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations for Private Label partnerships.Gather and address client feedback to improve customer satisfaction and product offerings.Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, initiating improvements as needed.Coordinate with internal teams to align Private Label services with client needs and industry standards.Oversee and update disclosure documents to meet regulatory standards and ensure accuracy.Maintain and uplift policies and procedures documentation across HUB24 Group products.Support updates to governance frameworks and policies, aligning with industry best practices.Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to integrate new regulatory requirements into governance and documentation.Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively manage impacts on HUB24's product governance and Private Label arrangements.Key requirements At least 2 years’ experience in financial services, with a particular emphasis Wrap Platform product management.Demonstrated experience in relationship management. Working knowledge of the legislative/ technical rules impacting platforms and investments.Experienced in reviewing and writing product disclosure documentation Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be able to manage competing priorities.THE HUB24 STORY
