The role

This role plays a key part in the Product Management Team, responsible for supporting the ongoing management of HUB24's Private Label arrangements and overseeing product governance across the HUB24 Group.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of HUB24 Private Label platform relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations for Private Label partnerships.
  • Gather and address client feedback to improve customer satisfaction and product offerings.
  • Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, initiating improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align Private Label services with client needs and industry standards.
  • Oversee and update disclosure documents to meet regulatory standards and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and uplift policies and procedures documentation across HUB24 Group products.
  • Support updates to governance frameworks and policies, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to integrate new regulatory requirements into governance and documentation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively manage impacts on HUB24's product governance and Private Label arrangements.

  • Key requirements
  • At least 2 years’ experience in financial services, with a particular emphasis Wrap Platform product management.
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management. 
  • Working knowledge of the legislative/ technical rules impacting platforms and investments.
  • Experienced in reviewing and writing product disclosure documentation
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be able to manage competing priorities.
