What’s unique about this role?

The Discovery Analyst collaborates with Client Services, Sales, and Operations teams, as well as with clients, to assist with defining and executing efficient workflow across all phases of electronic discovery projects. This position works as a member of a project management team (“Pod”) to write up work orders that translate client requests into actionable instructions for internal operational teams and to monitor work progress through various operational departments to meet litigation project needs. This role works at the direction of Directors, Associate Directors, and Project Managers to submit work orders, track progress, and communicate status both internally and to clients. 

 

What will this person do?

  • Develop expert understanding of Lighthouse project workflows and related technology.
  • Assure quality, efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all aspects of the workflow.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project-related work orders to fulfill client requests.
  • Assist with other project management related activities, including and without limitation, preparing and updating project tracking reports and documentation, Relativity front end database work, quality control and client communication.
  • Build efficient team approach and facilitate effective communications both internally and externally.
  • Manage timelines and budget parameters.
  • Communicate proper expectations for scope, deadlines and costs.
  • Participate in department objectives, initiatives, and implementation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
  • Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

 

The expected pay for this role will range from $60,000 to $68,500 per year.  This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
