This is a remote position.

ServiceNow Consultant
Fully remote
TILL JAN 2025

We are looking for a ServiceNow expert consultant, to present 3 ServiceNow modules to the client's Users. About 3 coaching sessions and 3 wrap up sessions.

Job Description:
  • Client is currently using ServiceNow mainly on ITSM and CSM modules.
    They have access to a sandboy where several modules are installed, and would like to get some functional support to give business stakeholders a tour of the following modules:
    1. AP
    2. Procurement
    3. Risk Management

  •
    Request is to have experienced ServiceNow consultants to:
        Present the current modules out of the box
        Provide guidance on how to use and explore those modules to new serviceNow users
        Promote the 3 modules potential extended usage
        Perform a review (QA session) on the tests performed by the users

    The goal is to have client's users exploring the UX and possibilities of those modules with a limited coaching to make sure the tool is correctly understood and no false assumption is made during the discovery.
