About the job
You will join the newly created Real Estate and Workplace Experience and Record Information Management team. This team monitors the creation of all OPELLA locations and services and manages all issues for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit buildings worldwide.
The newly created team will develop the strategic roadmap and implement new business models for Real Estate and the workplace Experience.
The Car Fleet Manager will work closely with Rewards & Performance, HSE, and Procurement to coordinate and oversee global car fleet activities (1000+ company cars). This role involves supporting regional and local teams to ensure their car policies align with global standards and establishing a unified approach to harmonize and optimize the car fleet.
The Car Fleet Manager will also focus on promoting an eco-friendly fleet to achieve carbon neutrality in line with Sanofi's strategy, validate local and regional decisions that require global approval (such as car policies and catalogs), and explore alternative solutions for the fleet. She/He will have to define the new business model based on the new Car Policy definition and the externalization of the Car Fleet Management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cost Management and Reporting:
Track and analyze all fleet-related costs, including fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, insurance, and depreciation.
Prepare and present regular reports on fleet performance, cost analysis, and utilization to senior management.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce operational expenses. - Driver and Employee Relations:
Collaborate with P&C and management teams to ensure proper allocation of vehicles to eligible employees.
Provide guidance and training to employees on fleet policies, safety practices, and fuel-efficient driving techniques. - Sustainable Fleet Management:
Develop and implement strategies to reduce the environmental impact of the fleet, including transitioning to electric or hybrid vehicles where feasible.
Promote sustainable practices and explore innovative solutions for reducing fleet emissions. - Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vehicle data, including mileage, fuel usage, repair history, and operational status.
Deploy a fleet management software to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends for continuous improvement. - Coordinate with global providers.
Be sure all the deliveries are managed par external providers.
About you
- Experience: you have a strong experience in operations position (for example in Marketing or Commercial fields) and Project Management
