VIRTUAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - CORPORATE FLEET SALES (B2B)

Due to our ongoing success in the automotive industry. We seek an experienced, driven Virtual Account Manager (B2B) to manage and develop the future sales growth within a given territory within a well-known and very respected market leading established automotive brands spanning 20 years.

The role

  • Driving sales through existing and new business to maximise all opportunities
  • Responsible for selling a full range of commercial vehicle solutions ranging from standard to exclusive premium luxury and high- performance vehicles of the market today.
  • Operating across new and existing Corporate Fleet customers/clients to deliver, secure and maintain the very best in market leading services.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline of standard spec to luxury high end premium fleet sales opportunities to a range of corporate customers throughout the UK on your allocated an exclusive territory.
  • Acting as the ambassador for the brands and ROI business and continuing to strengthen our highly regarded reputation in the marketplace.
  • Working in very close partnership with well established Dealerships and industry influencers to identify new and corporate opportunities.

Responsibilities:-

  • Building and managing the customer base through the CRM system-Salesforce/Sage would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer with the ability to get to the root cause of a customer’s issues and needs and maxmise solutions
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, listening and closing skills
  • Ability to meet targets / deadlines under pressure
  • Maintain high intensity of work and output

Essential experience required:-

  • 3-5 years proven experience gained within fleet/automotive/dealership/manufacturer environment or similar within Fleet Sales and or Leasing and B2B businesses.
  • High levels of attention to detail, particularly with respect to error checking and accuracy with numbers and contract terms or corporate negotiations.

  • Highly competent at using video conferencing software such as MS Teams /Zoom to host client and customer meetings
  • Relationship-building -ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a wide range of staff
  • Highly Professional, articulate and presentable with attention to detail.
  • Friendly, positive with a good sense of humour. The client and their customers should enjoy working with you.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Disciplined approach to work
  • Flexible, proactive and able to prioritise work
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure either individually or part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and apply learning

Base - Circa £30,000.00 per year
