The Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to scale vidIQ's Media House. This executive role focuses on driving significant watch time growth through world-class team development and strategic creator partnerships. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate with our existing team, supporting their independent workflows while guiding our collective creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

Media House Leadership & Growth

  • Lead and scale vidIQ's Media House, prioritizing watch time growth alongside views, impressions, subscriber growth, and audience engagement

  • Build and develop world-class teams focused on content that maximizes viewer retention and helps creators succeed

  • Establish and nurture key creator partnerships to expand platform reach and community impact

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Enterprise, Sales, Partnerships, and Creator Success teams to:
    • Align content strategy with watch time and business objectives

    • Support key product initiatives through compelling content

    • Enhance creator satisfaction through proven strategies

  • Set and achieve aggressive channel growth targets across all key metrics

Content Innovation & Platform Strategy

  • Design and implement innovative content formats that drive industry-leading watch time metrics

  • Develop platform-specific content strategies to maximize reach and engagement

  • Lead YouTube platform optimization through:
    • Staying ahead of algorithm changes and industry trends

    • Implementing best practices across all channels

    • Testing and iterating on new content formats

  • Ensure brand and content excellence through:
    • Consistent creative vision across all platforms

    • High-quality production standards

    • Strategic content distribution

Performance Strategy & Analytics

  • Build robust analytics infrastructure to measure and optimize channel performance

  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through data-driven insights

  • Develop predictive models for:
    • Content performance optimization

    • Audience growth strategies

    • Resource allocation

  • Translate complex analytics into strategic recommendations for leadership team
