Job description

**Work from where you are - considering US-based remote candidates**

We are looking for a Program Delivery Lead to onboard our Evidation customers and oversee the delivery of technology-enabled clinical research studies and health programs. You will be responsible for gathering program requirements and owning decisions to ensure program success, developing high trust relationships with our clients, and bringing rigor and creativity to cross-functional planning and coordination, budgeting, resourcing, and scope management processes.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Actively manage program risks, resolve conflicts, and make informed trade-offs between budget, timelines, scope, and client satisfaction.
  • Be accountable for team adherence to project timelines, budgets, and objectives, while creating and maintaining essential project documentation.
  • Gather and document client requirements, translate business objectives into actionable program requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address specific issues, particularly as they relate to the technical aspects of Evidation’s software. platform or the clinical needs of the customer’s research study or health program.
  • Steward project and portfolio finances via oversight of financial planning, tracking, and reporting for projects to ensure alignment with budget, revenue, and margin goals. This includes managing forecasts, controlling costs, analyzing variances, and driving financial accountability within project teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in a healthcare or technology related-discipline)
  • 12+ years of project management, operations, account management, consulting, or related experience in a healthcare, pharma, or digital health setting 
  • Startup experience (preferred)
  • Client-facing experience working with partners and/or customers (preferably on programs with web and mobile applications) on the execution of clinical research studies and platform implementation projects
  • Experience in cultivating strong C-suite relationships, presenting key project insights and strategic recommendations to support alignment, transparency, and informed decision-making
  • Technical-focused program management experience leading cross-functional teams in SaaS/software development and/or deployment
  • Program management training and/or certifications
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Snowflake, StreamSets; Apache Spark; AWS products such as S3, EMR, Kinesis), data integration methods (e.g. sFTP, APIs), and analytics tools (e.g. R, SQL, Jupyter Notebooks)
  • Master’s degree or PhD (preferred)

The US base hiring range for this full-time position is $136,310-$162,300 + bonus + equity + benefits. The actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including work location, experience, training, and skill level, so pay for this role may be higher or lower than what is shown on this posting.
