We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Finance Systems to support our Business Technology team. In this role, you'll assist in partnering with business owners across Accounting and Finance to help identify and implement process and system improvements. As part of the Business Technology team, you'll work closely with our senior team members supporting the translation of business needs into system requirements and helping to develop scalable technical solutions. This role will provide valuable support throughout the development cycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing maintenance.

We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

  • Reporting to the Head of IT

As a BSA, Finance Systems, you’ll...

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from Accounting and Finance teams
  • Support the configuration and testing of systems such as NetSuite, Blackline, Stripe, Leapfin, Anrok, Workday, and Zip
  • Become an expert in Webflow’s Finance and Accounting processes, and help create and maintain system documentation and user guides
  • Provide first-level support for finance system users, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting to support process improvement initiatives

About you:
Requirements:
  • Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
  • Must live in Mexico City and/or the surrounding 16 boroughs

You’ll thrive as a BSA, Finance Systems if you:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical or analytical role, preferably with exposure to accounting or finance systems
  • Basic understanding of financial processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and eagerness to learn more about finance systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members
