The Manager, Clinical Partnerships will be responsible for leading a team of Clinical Partnerships Representatives (CPRs) to drive patient referrals and establish Equip as a leading provider of eating disorder treatment in their assigned region. The Manager, Clinical Partnerships will guide their team to develop and execute strategies to contribute to Equip’s growth goals. The Manager, Clinical Partnerships has an entrepreneurial mindset, is a self-starter, and is results-driven. A successful Manager, Clinical Partnerships will have an individual track record of success in outreach and sales in healthcare as well as experience leading high performing sales/patient acquisition teams and a passion for developing new referral partnerships.
Responsibilities In partnership with Clinical Partnerships leadership, develop the strategy and execution plans for assigned region and team members, including deeply understanding the healthcare and eating disorder landscape in their region and identifying appropriate regional marketing activities and events. Oversee and guide the team to meet and exceed full funnel goals, track and adjust performance, and report up and across divisions against KPIs. Provide training and coaching to direct reports, including shadowing and/or joining meetings in the field to identify skill-building opportunities and support generating referrals. Ensure consistent data collection, reporting and utilization of Equip’s CRM to effectively track performance, identify key areas for improvement, and inform future strategy.Effectively manage a diverse team of representatives including hiring and onboarding, setting performance expectations, providing continuous feedback, writing and delivering performance reviews, and initiating performance improvement plans when necessary.Ensure compliance with all required company policies and administrative tasks such as expense reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsBachelor’s degree.3+ years experience in a sales, business development, account management, or patient acquisition role responsible for generating revenue growth. 2+ years of experience directly or indirectly leading a team with proven success driving representatives to exceed targets. Direct experience working in healthcare with a preference for experience in a startup environment and/or a company providing virtual mental health services. Proven track record achieving sales or revenue targets with a demonstrated ability to activate new relationships and expand existing relationships across diverse markets using consultative sales techniques. Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead presentations and influence decision makers. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build productive relationships internally and externally. Not only is skilled in but enjoys building relationships and networking with others. Approaches relationships with authenticity and humility.Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of meeting assigned goals. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to use data to define and establish strategies and action plans.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data cleanliness and accuracy. Strong decision making skills and sound judgment. Excels working in a fully-remote environment, and has access to consistent, high-quality internet, and a suitable work environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to think critically to quickly and accurately work through challenges in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
