Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-Internship
We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our Employee Relations team as an intern. This unique opportunity allows you to enhance our internal onboarding and training hub, ensuring it is current, user-friendly, and supports the daily operations of our team. Additionally, you’ll use Adobe tools to create engaging bite-sized videos that showcase how our team supports employees as well as the broader offerings of the Employee Relations Center (ERC). Your work will not only improve our daily operations but also support our efforts to enhance our team’s brand.
What you'll Do
- Onboarding and Training Hub: Collaborate with team members to identify how the hub is leveraged, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement changes. Refresh and organize content to ensure it is up to date, accessible and user-friendly.
- Video Content Creation: Develop short, engaging videos highlighting the Employee Relations team and broader ERC. Work with team members to identify impactful content and script, film, and edit videos using Adobe tools.
What you need to succeed
- Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026.
- Interest in bringing your creativity to the forefront, with an attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excitement about leveraging Adobe tools such as Adobe Express and/or Adobe Premiere.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
