Job Description
Client is looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist with an innovative mindset to join the Sales Enablement Marketing team as a contractor working remote anywhere nationwide. As a contractor, you will be responsible for implementation and optimization of marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting cross- functional teams in delivering solutions that meet both business and technical objectives.

Key Role Functions

• Participate in the implementation and integration of marketing tools to ensure they are aligned with business needs.

• Gather and document detailed business requirements by engaging stakeholders across different business functions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of product features and functionality.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development teams in creating solutions that meet agent needs.
• Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of marketing technology strategies that support overall business objectives, including lead generation, book of business digital, social and direct marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 4 or more years of marketing, product ownership or sales experience with at least 2 years of experience in marketing automation or similar tools
• Solution-oriented that has the capability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting the implementation of SproutLoud or similar Through- Channel Marketing Automation platforms
• Previous project management experience
• Experience in the IT, digital marketing, or insurance or healthcare industries
• Proven experience with agile and scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and reporting tools is a plus.
Additional Information
This is a remote nationwide role that will operate on EST business hours.
