What you’ll be doing...
Our digital team is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to handle the online Video product experiences including the TV Everywhere and Video On Demand (VOD) site experiences. The work you do will ensure that our digital branding is the best it can be and is consistent for customers wherever they see us online. Your goal is to ensure that we continue to deliver an unmatched customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the relationship with external network partners in support of their Verizon TV Everywhere integration.
Working with our internal IT teams to onboard new partners and troubleshoot ongoing maintenance concerns.
Working with our Tech Support Centers to help resolve customer TVE issues.
Partnering with our Content Development Team to understand the state of contract negotiations and prioritize the wants and needs of external partners.
Collaborating with our Product Development team to support their new strategies and digital needs.
Handling the overall online strategy, execution and ongoing management of all TVE improvements.
Talking to design, IT and internal partners for updates to experience or seamless authentication.
Determining the strategic roadmap for the current state of the site.
Reviewing traffic/sales performance indicators to best optimize owned experiences.
Making ongoing adjustments through test cases and observation and monitoring sales key performance indicators (KPIs).

You'll need to have:
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience with product ownership.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree, Bachelors or higher.
Experience working with technical engineers to effectively communicate the technical challenges and fulfill the business needs.
Ability to work with business partners and experience with relationship management.
Experience working with a service provider (i.e. phone, cable, internet, insurance.)
Experience with content management systems.
Working knowledge of web content best practices, including SEO, HTML and uploading content to a CMS in both a desktop and mobile environment.
Exposure to online report builders such as Adobe/Omniture and ability to build and pull reports.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $105,000.00 and $195,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
