Company Description

Let’s create a more sociable future together

At Endeavour, we’re totally into what we do. With a portfolio that includes Dan Murphy’s, BWS, ALH Hotels, Pinnacle Drinks and more, we love to bring people together. Together we share our passion for our products and industry; it’s what inspires us to dream big, and continue to create new experiences for our customers and teams across Australia. If you thrive on positive energy, we want to meet you!

Job Description
  • This is just the start, so dream big
  • Hybrid/Remote working - we value our people
  • Team discounts across Endeavour Group

Endeavour demerged from Woolworths in 2021 and as part of the transition is taking the opportunity to transform how we operate as an independent business and establish supporting technology.

Endeavour Group has a strategy to transform our business using data, advanced analytics, and technology to automate and optimise critical parts of our processes and decision-making. We have the desire to be a customer and data-led organisation. We have a vision of ‘An Endeavour where data and AI fuel teams across the group to create our more sociable future.’ - but we’re early in our journey and need you to help us deliver on this mission.

We have two Change Manager opportunities and the roles will be responsible for managing and leading a broad variety of change management activities designed to help our brands and support groups understand, adopt and gain commercial value from new data and AI technologies and ways of working.

You will either be embedded in a cross functional squad working on a specific mission or work across a small portfolio of changes within a product group.

You will also contribute to the growth and development of our newly established change chapter and practice based on your unique experience.

Sound good? Read on.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

  • Support leaders in defining a clear and compelling vision for change
  • Perform change analysis, including stakeholder and change impact and readiness assessments
  • Lead the development of change management roadmaps and approaches
  • Work with product managers, service and UX designers to develop future state people, processes and technologies
  • Help educate and build change management capability across our chapters, practices and squads
  • Deliver communication, engagement, training programs, and appropriate support to foster the adoption of the change across relevant work streams.
  • Contribute to the single view of change
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change activities

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant postgraduate qualification in business, change, communications, HR or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in low-change mature organisations and be able to build change management understanding and capability within these teams, integrate into their ways of working, while simultaneously driving and delivering change initiatives
  • Experience managing multiple, independent change initiatives
  • Proven track record managing change programs and activities for internal, customer or supplier facing change
  • Strong ability to influence on what's required to deliver successful change
  • Previous experience working in agile or with cross functional teams in a matrixed organisation
  • Previous experience managing data and AI changes (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to peers and stakeholders
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and evolving roadmaps

The benefits are good too!

  • We offer flexible working in every sense
  • An exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy’s, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubs
  • Monthly meeting-free days
  • Your health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, it’s our first priority. You will have a range of free services to help you live well and support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing
  • Endeavour Group is full of opportunities - use our dedicated learning and development options to grow an idea, yourself, and your career. This is just the start, so dream big.

At Endeavour, we value being a workplace where everyone’s welcome - if you meet a number of the requirements (and not all), we encourage you to apply.
