Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Range Procurement and Administration: Performs full range of procurement and administration activities associated with purchasing on a project.
  • Supplier Management: Qualifies suppliers, issues requests for proposals, evaluates proposals, maintains purchase order files in accordance to established procedures.
  • Performance Accountability: Under general direction, is accountable for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within a function.
  • Functional Object Delivery Management: Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members.
  • Functional Strategy Development: Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.

  • Location: On-site, Remote, or Hybrid
  • Travel Requirements: 0-10%
  • Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Education and experience: Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 10-12 years of experience
  • Cost Plus Contract Experience: Experience with Cost Plus contract type administration and management
  • Leadership Briefing: Experience reporting and briefing senior level leadership
  • Communication skills: Good oral and written communication skills
  • Relevant Software Experience: Experience with Microsoft Excel and Deltek Suite of software

Desired:

  • CPSR experience: Preferably has previous experience with preparation for a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR)
