Womens Health Clinical Educator (NP) @Midi Health  👩‍⚕️💻

For this role, we are looking for an expert nurse practitioner clinical educator with experience in a fast paced environment. You are always interested in getting the facts right, in having the latest information, and going right to the source. You are likely the one your peers turn to for clear explanations, the details, and deeper knowledge. In this role, you will support our nurse practitioner workforce to stay on top of the latest evidence, research, and practice patterns to deliver high quality, groundbreaking care.

What you will do as the Midi’s Clinical Educator  

Continuing Education: you will drive the content creation for Midi’s weekly clinical education series that meets learning needs based on learning needs assessment and clinical and business direction while providing CEU credits. You will partner with internal and external speakers to deliver outstanding talks. 

  • Early Career NP Program: you will design and deliver a clinical onboarding track for early career NPs to build the workforce of Midi’s future. Use your previous experience with curriculum design or adjunct faculty experience to inform a program that closes the gap between novice and expert skill levels. 
  • Clinical Onboarding: You will update and improve existing content, produce just in time learning content, and create new modules aligned with organizational goals and workforce learning needs. You will report to Sr Manager who has programmatic responsibility for strategy, deliverables, and key metrics. Your colleagues, our professional development managers, depend on you to develop content to allow them to guide, onboard, and coach clinicians to a successful practice. You will play a key role in maintaining our dynamic and continuous clinical onboarding.
  • Clinical Practice at Midi: you will serve our patients and build from personal practice with Midi patients to inform Midi’s clinical education.

  • Work within our weekly clinical education to Nurse practitioner workforce is confident and competent in all our care concerns in menopause, weight management, gyn, and primary care
  • Deliver high quality clinical education that meets the requirements of continuing education accrediting bodies
  • Delivery intensive courses that bring NPs from novice to expert in menopause, weight, gyn, and more. 
  • Build the first of its kind virtual residency program to deliver Midi the workforce of our future.

What you will need to succeed: 

  • Balancing structure with creativity – You bring expertise in curriculum frameworks while embracing flexibility and creativity to adapt to evolving needs. You think outside the box to craft engaging, effective learning experiences.
  • Dynamic teaching experience – You have an established track record of at least two years teaching at the community college or university level, creating an environment where students excel and actively participate. 
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail – You’re the one who spots the tiniest typo on a website, catches inconsistencies in content formatting, and ensures everything is polished and pristine.
  • High quality patient care: 8+ years in direct patient care in women’s health, menopause, ob/gyn, and/or primary care

Bonus points: 

  • Experience at a high growth start up a plus
  • Faculty teaching position 

The interview process will include: 

  1. Meet with Recruiter (30min) 
  2. Meet with Learning and Development Senior Manager (45 min) 
  3. Meet with Director Clinical Operations (45 min)
  4. Working session- we will ask you to showcase, or enhance a curriculum on a topic related to our care (45 minutes)
  5. Final interview - Clinical Director (30 min)
