About the Role

As a Sales Support Analyst, your purpose is to build and maintain solid client relationships, understand their needs, and provide solutions. You will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive client engagement and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing every customer contact to assess additional customer needs and uncover additional sales opportunities

  • Communicating regularly with clients and provide full customer service, both proactively and on demand

  • Managing the relationship with the client according to Service Delivery Excellence guidelines

  • Partnering with the Implementation team to onboard all new customers

  • Delivering an effective relationship management, ensuring that customer needs are being met, and fully representing all LexisNexis products

  • Identify cross sell opportunities within your portfolio and engage the appropriate sale representative as needed

Requirements

  • Have experience Customer Relationship experience

  • Have fluent English and Portuguese
