Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Marquee Account Manager to join our team. As a Marquee Account Manager with Coretelligent, you will take the lead in cultivating and nurturing relationships with our most strategic clients, often referred to as "marquee accounts." These clients are the cornerstone of our business, and your role will be pivotal in ensuring their IT needs are met, and in driving mutual success through outstanding account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within our marquee accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional IT products or services to our marquee accounts, ultimately increasing revenue and client value
  • Proactiveness to gain a deep understanding of clients business goals, challenges, and technology needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategic account plans for each marquee account, aligning our IT solutions with their specific business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage our products and services to help clients achieve their goals and drive success.
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for our marquee accounts within our organization, ensuring their needs are prioritized and met.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and support.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the delivery of our IT products and services to marquee accounts, ensuring they consistently receive high-quality support.
  • Address and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise within our marquee accounts, working diligently to find effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant customer success experience in the IT field, MSP background preferred
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to take the initiative and drive results
  • Familiarity working with key account clients
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can be flexible based on the needs of the business

 

Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience): 

$100,000 - 130,000, + commission 

 

This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations (with the exception of MA, NY, and CA). Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
