As a Senior Product Manager on our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our users to understand their needs, translate that into product vision, and collaborate cross-functionally to launch new features that will enable thousands of hospitals and clinics — and empower millions of patients — to discover a better healthcare experience.
We are looking for a curious and hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for a set of products within our Provider or B2B product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have or be willing to build deep industry expertise, appreciate the differences between the buyer and user personas and how this may affect requirements and prioritization, and be comfortable managing clients and stakeholders with competing priorities.
You’ll be joining a growing team of Product Managers who are eager to learn, collaborate, and elevate our product development processes. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Engineers, Designers, Marketers, Sales and Customer Success team members to deliver high quality product features and improvements.
As a Senior Product Manager at PocketHealth you will:Develop a deep understanding of PocketHealth’s product offering and grow into an expert for the product area that you ownLead and oversee ideation, planning, development, and launch of new product features within one of our core product teamsCollaborate with product marketing to define value propositions, compile research, and finalize pricing based on established product objectives, costs, and value propositionCollaborate with design, marketing, sales, customer success and other product engineering teams to determine prioritization, ongoing cost of delivery and marketing position to be used to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate with external stakeholders to build industry leading productsCommunicate ideas, progress, and results to stakeholders internally and externally to ensure awareness and understanding of product decisions and directionDefine, analyze, and own metrics that inform new features that get built and represent the performance of features in the appEnsure a structured, repeatable process is followed for conducting market research to include industry publications, competitive research, user interviews and stakeholder feedbackMake and own critical decisions about prioritization and ensure the team is always working on the most important thingAdjust and build upon existing processes within your product team to optimize delivery based on the product, customer, and team membersSupport the growth and scaling of the PocketHealth platform as it grows to match the needs of our engineers and customersAbout You5+ years of experience in a product management role, either in a rapidly growing startup or at a major enterprise technology companyYou are experienced in leading product development, shipping successful SaaS features to users, and scaling them up, and you can prove itYou have strong technical knowledge, are able to make effective trade-offs in a technical context, and have a track record of bringing extremely technically complex products to marketYou have experience building products for US enterprise healthcare customers, ideally at the intersection of radiology and AIYou have a strong desire to learn and understand the problem space and potential opportunities for improving our provider customer’s workflowsYou can balance team capacity across building new features, tackling technical debt, and optimizing what already exists and are comfortable providing your team with absolute clarity on prioritiesYou operate with an extreme sense of accountability and are willing to flex into different roles to support your team which could include testing, vendor evaluation, writing copy, or other tasks required to optimize the success of your product areaYou are data driven and use quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions and measure successYou have experience working with internal platform and tooling teamsYou can do amazing things at PocketHealth.
