Job Summary
We are seeking ten experienced Senior Sourcing Specialists to lead comprehensive sourcing activities for technology, professional services, and various strategic categories. These roles require expertise in end-to-end sourcing, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-value, compliant vendor relationships. Candidates with financial services experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-scope sourcing activities, managing supplier relationships across technology, professional services, benefits, and consulting categories.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to understand and meet business needs through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring optimal terms and compliance with master agreements, SOWs, and order forms.
• Execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals, delivering cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong communication channels with internal teams, providing timely updates on sourcing progress.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in senior sourcing roles, with a deep understanding of end-to-end sourcing processes.
• Strong contract negotiation skills, with a track record of managing supplier agreements in complex categories.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of driving successful outcomes across diverse categories.
• Familiarity with financial services sourcing is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment between procurement strategy and business objectives.
