As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Silverfort, you will play a critical role in scaling our engineering, product, and technical teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, shaping and executing recruitment strategies that attract top technical talent.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from position kickoff through sourcing, perform phone interviews, reference check, and extend offers
  • Identify, source, and build a strong talent pool for key positions, develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and become their trusted recruitment partner 
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging, and candidate-centric recruitment experience from first contact through to onboarding 
  • Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to help refine recruiting strategies and stay ahead in the talent market
  • Promote employer branding initiatives, including job postings on social media, hosting or participating in career events and meetups 
  • Use data to create recruiting narratives and make informed decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably within a tech or high-growth company
  • Demonstrated expertise in hiring qualified candidates throughout all departments, including R&D, Product, Security, DevOps, and more
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using creative strategies and tools
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, terminology, and industry trends in the tech space
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience 
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt to rapid changes in hiring needs 
  • Ability to own and lead processes independently 
  • A motivated and self-driven person
