Hello👋I am Tamta, People and Culture Lead at Kayzen, and we’re expanding our team with an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us 🙌!

The Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary focus will be end-to-end recruitment of top talent across different teams (Product, Engineering, Business, Operations), with a special emphasis on recruiting for tech-related roles. You'll take ownership of the entire recruitment process and help us shape the future of Kayzen’s team.

In addition to recruiting, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from your colleagues and make meaningful contributions to our people and culture strategy. We believe in the power of teamwork and creativity when attracting the best talent, and we expect you to bring a fresh approach to employer branding and talent sourcing.

Preferred location: Berlin or Bangalore, though remote candidates in European or Indian time zones will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the People & Culture Lead, the People team, and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with company goals and culture.
  • Leverage Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates, consistently delivering a superior candidate experience.
  • Track, analyze, and regularly report key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline data, ensuring alignment with company budgets and performance goals.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance Kayzen’s recruiting culture, such as employer branding, training programs for interviewers and hiring managers, and refining the hiring process.

What You Bring

  • 2 to 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within fast-scaling tech companies.
  • Experience recruiting in India, especially for tech roles, is a must.
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and other direct sourcing strategies.
  • A creative mindset for employer branding and talent attraction.
  • A team player attitude with a collaborative approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and storytelling skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to provide a seamless candidate experience.
  • Ownership, agility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
