About this Role 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role involves sourcing top talent for Deciphex's high-priority positions by building a diverse talent pool that aligns with hiring needs. The role also requires maintaining relationships with passive candidates, managing a CRM for future hiring, and collaborating with hiring managers through every stage of the recruitment process to ensure candidate fit.


Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and engage top talent for specialized roles across Deciphex’s departments, building a strong talent pool for high-priority roles using diverse channels. 
  • Develop role-specific candidate personas to align with hiring manager expectations and competencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates, acting as Deciphex’s brand ambassador and providing an exceptional candidate experience. 
  • Maintain a CRM of engaged candidates for future hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct initial screenings, and facilitate the full recruitment process from sourcing to feedback, ensuring candidate engagement and fit.
  • Conduct market research to stay current on talent trends and hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer branding, using social media and networks to reach niche talent pools.
  • Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to optimize sourcing strategies. Present findings to leadership to continuously improve recruitment strategy and performance.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or head-hunting, with a strong focus on sourcing top-tier talent.
  • Proven success in sourcing for technical, clinical, and operational roles, ideally within the technology, life sciences, or biomedical industries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to meet ambitious sourcing targets.
  • A passion for candidate experience and fostering a positive, inclusive recruitment process.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and social and self awareness
  • You bring a sense of urgency to the work that you do and are able to execute on tasks by using your initiative.
  • You are highly collaborative and  enjoy working with lots of different teams and people. 
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment and can manage changing priorities. 
  • Ability to adjust strategies and approaches quickly in response to changing job market conditions or client needs.
