Basic Function
The Delinquency Mgmt Systems Technician is responsible for completing tasks as directed and trained in the entire suite of business systems necessary for the successful operations of the First Party Delinquency Management business. The responsibility includes the day-to-day tasks necessary to facilitate the contact attempts daily (such as MAC calls, predictive campaigns, texting, emails and ringless messaging).
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Assists in the administration of all systems leveraged in collections activities such as process improvement and build out, workflow/queue design, Data Integrator mapping and calling strategy development.
- Execution of daily operations systems required for all contact attempts to borrowers.
- o Creating preestablished data sets via file management.
- o Exports from collections platform to the dialing systems and returning result notes back into the collections system and client collection systems.
- o Occasional dialer administration: campaign design as directed and daily initiation of calling jobs, text/email campaigns and skip tracing functions.
- Monitor real time campaign management to alert Senior Business System Administrator and management of concerns by reviewing call volumes and call pacing metrics.
- Interact with various levels of management, offering insight and support regarding business as usual initiatives and operations, as well as, offering insight, support, and opinions regarding planned initiatives and strategies.
- Assist with coordinating and testing all new business and custom requests with IT, Member Development, Support, Marketing, Member Services, and Financial Services.
- Collaborate with IT in accomplishing dialer communications objectives within the framework of overall goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience
- One (1) year experience working with an auto dialer required , preferably TCN required. One (1) year experince working with collections/call center/CMS platform required. One (1) year experience resolving light technology issues required.

- Minimal travel may be required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of materials handled
- Ability to be flexible and work under high pressure in a complex environment
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions and interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel, credit unions and vendors based on established/discussed objectives and limitations
- Some knowledge of dialer equipment and management skills required
- Proficent in MS Office Applications
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds
