Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary:

Briefly summarize the purpose of this position in one or two sentences only.

Continuous Improvement Manager will identify areas of improvement and seek solutions to drive efficient operations and enable rapid growth. This role comprises identifying and resolving operational issues, reducing waste, enhancing productivity, and improving customer service. 

Key Job Responsibilities 

Example: Process accounts payable with a volume of approximately $3.4mil per month and over 500 vendors.

Analyze company processes and procedures and identify, document, and organize initiatives for improvement

Developing process enhancement strategies

Collaborate with other members of management to implement processes, best practices, and continuous improvement

Collaborate with manager on prioritization of projects and initiatives

Stay up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization

Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience Required (including certifications)

High School diploma or GED required

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 3 years experience with company 

Required Skills/Abilities

Example: Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment or Excellent communication skills

Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft or Google environments

Superior customer service skills required

Strong problem-solving capabilities required

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, employees, and coworkers required

Ability to multi-task required

Compensation Details:

Other Requirements (i.e., physical requirements, travel, etc. that is not covered above).

Examples: Travel 40% annually, valid driver’s license or passport required. OR  Ability to lift 35+ pounds.

Primarily work from home with occasional office visits and other travel
