What You'll Do:

 

We're seeking someone who wants to become an HR technology subject matter expertise within areas of: system security, core functionality and configuration, data integrity, interfaces, and reporting.

 

You'll be responsible for developing and managing assigned Human Resource Information Systems modules to support the organization.

 

Work cross-functionally across key areas to manage data integrity, security standards/requirements and end user support.

How You'll Do It:

 

Supports new system implementation projects, including system interfaces, data design and mapping, systems functionalities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and communication plans.

Provides day to day HRIS support for end users

Analyzes system configurations and data mapping to identify risks and opportunities to implement corrective solutions

Supports data integrity standards by creating and implementing internal auditing processes

Establishes appropriate user security settings and maintains access in accordance to standard business and internal control requirements

Partners with key stakeholders to understand business requirements in order to recommend realistic strategies and configure system functionality. Leads requirement definition and planning sessions, status meetings, and issue resolution sessions.

Supports ongoing administration and maintenance of HR systems to support recurring initiatives (e.g. open enrollment, performance management/merit reviews, payroll year-end)

Develops and facilitates user training programs and other HRIS initiatives.

Creates standard and ad hoc reporting for internal departments

Resolves escalated end-user issues. Offers technical support as needed

Maintains current knowledge on trends, best practices for long-term solutions

 

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in HRIS analysis, design, implementation and support of human resources technology solutions.

Experience with process workflow and end user training/support HRIS experience specifically with an enterprise wide system such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or ADP.

Strong organizational skills, customer service skills, analytical skills, functional analysis, and troubleshooting.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with others and drive results in a team based environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Ability to be flexible and respond to various demands

Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel are required.

Your Work Enviroment!:

* This position will be full-time remote; with occasional travel to the Doraville, GA office as needed onsite.*

 

Please note: 

*The preferred candidate will live within the Atlanta area or  within the East Coast *

Regular travel is not expected in this position; however, travel around scheduled projects such as program rollouts will be necessary.
