Sr HRIS Specialist you'll work with a team of four extraordinary individuals, each with their own unique skillset, taking our HR technology practices to new heights. The future promises exciting transformations in our HR department at HERE. We have revamped the HR operating model and are implementing a new HCM system. These initiatives will propel our HR team into the future, making us a proactive and engaging force in the company with a focus on HR innovation.
The Team
People Analytics & Systems team is a talented group of data/tech people working on People data/tech. We are organizing and securing HR systems, technology and data and enhancing the digital way of working from an HR perspective. HR technology is the link between our employees & managers and the company and helps people to focus on what they do best. This translates in managing & securing workforce data, develop system & platform enhancements, run people analytics, capture and develop People processes/ways-of-working and focus on the digital employee experience. Your challenge: Driving innovation in Core HR
- Take the newly implemented Oracle HCM to the next level, taking control over processes, procedures, and controls to manage the on-going evolution.
- Run regular updates and evaluate new functionality resulting in changes to ways of working which need to be managed in the team and system.
- Inspire a global team of 4 HRIS professionals, leading the way to transform to a Cloud based technology framework.
- Collaborate closely with your France based Director People Analytics & Systems and other teams driving People Analytics and Our Digital Experience.
- Manage configurations and establish capabilities for data security, collaboration, versioning, tagging and secure access control.
- Define the process, procedure and controls for releasing the configuration changes to production and work with team members to ensure communication to drive a great Customer experience.
- Empower our workforce with a modern, user-friendly HR platform, enabling them to access information and manage their careers seamlessly and driving a competitive advantage in attracting top talent

Your Expertise:
- Proven track record of leading a small multi region HRIS team.
- Experienced in driving SaaS lifecycle management, including quarterly updates, preferably with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Pro-actively work with HR stakeholders to translate business processes into technical solutions.
- Focus on properly describing and documenting system and process evolution to build a strong support muscle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and inspire others to unleash their superpowers.
